Documentation to Bring to the
Appraisal Review Board Meeting
When a taxpayer protests their property at an Appraisal
Review Board (ARB) meeting they will be presenting information or evidence to
an independent panel of three to five people. The ARB considers only the evidence presented to them at the ARB meeting
when making a determination of protest. It is important to bring proper and effective evidence when presenting
to the ARB. Items to consider bringing

information of Comparable Homes from Realtors

Commercial Property Protest:

Plans Showing Tenant Spaces and Sizes
Closing
